Employer of the Year for People and Development

Recognises an employer that has made an evidenced contribution to the development and wellbeing of professionals. Entries should explain the need, the support provided and how it was applied in practice. Judges will consider access, supervision, progression and wellbeing, with evidence that development has improved capability rather than simply recording attendance or expenditure.

Who should enter.

Employers of lawyers, accountants, consultants and business services professionals in Jersey, including firms, businesses and public bodies.

Explain the training, supervision, wellbeing and development approach.

Show progression and improvements in professional capability.

Provide completion records, progression evidence and participant feedback.

Employers of every size are eligible.

Entries must relate to work carried out in or from Jersey between 1 January 2026 and the closing date, Friday 30 April 2027.
