Information

Entry terms.

Eligibility

Entries are free. Self-nominations are welcome. Each nominee may enter up to three categories. The work must have been carried out in or from Jersey between 1 January 2026 and Friday 30 April 2027. Category-specific requirements apply.

Accuracy and consent

The nominator is responsible for the accuracy of the entry and for obtaining permission to disclose information about the nominee and third parties. Client information may be anonymised. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share.

Judging

Entries are assessed independently against Context, Contribution, Outcome and Evidence. Judges declare conflicts. Partnership does not influence decisions. The panel may withhold an award where the evidence does not meet the standard.

Publication

By submitting, you agree that a shortlisted nominee’s name, organisation and category may be published. Confidential entry material will not be published without permission.

Changes and withdrawal

The awards team may seek further information or correct administrative errors. Contact the team to withdraw an entry. Material changes to the programme will be communicated to affected entrants.

Draft for approval

These terms are a working draft for review by the organiser and Jersey legal advisers before entries open.
