Individual Excellence

Newcomer of the Year

Recognises a newly qualified or early-career professional who is applying knowledge with care and sound judgement. Entries should focus on a defined contribution made during the eligible period. Judges will consider the responsibility undertaken, the quality of the work and the demonstrated result, rather than examination performance alone or an anticipated future contribution.

Who should enter.

Newly qualified lawyers, accountants, consultants and other early-career professionals working in or from Jersey. Include the qualification and year achieved, or the year you joined the profession, so eligibility can be reviewed.
